Clinic Policy
- Initial consultations are 15 minutes long and complimentary. We are available by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins.
- Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Informed consent is required from all clients, and from parents or legal guardians for any minors.
- A valid credit or debit card is required to be placed on file at the time of booking.
- We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice—including client emergencies—will be charged to the card on file, as we are unable to offer this time to another client with such a short notice.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will be charged based on the full time originally scheduled, and we may not be able to extend the session due to other appointments.
- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
- All services provided are professional and customized to each client.
- All sales are final. Once a service has been rendered, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.
