Meet our Electrologists
Dr. Cigdem Millik, MD, CPE.

Dr. Millik brings over two decades of medical expertise to the field of permanent hair removal. She earned her medical degree from Ege University School of Medicine and completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR) at Dokuz Eylul University. As a family physician and PMR specialist, she treated thousands of patients using electrical currents and physical modalities for pain management, wound healing, muscle rehabilitation, and functional restoration.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Millik spent nearly 20 years as a university professor, teaching future physicians and contributing to scientific research on the medical use of electrical therapies.
After retiring from medicine, she moved to Houston, TX, where she pursued her passion for glass artistry—honing the steady hands and attention to detail that now define her work in electrolysis.
Dr. Millik trained at the Berkowits School of Electrolysis in New York and earned her Certified Professional Electrologist (CPE) credential after passing the rigorous IBEC examination through the American Electrology Association (AEA). She is a member of both the AEA and the Texas Association of Professional Electrologists (TAPE).
Now practicing at Sugarland Electrolysis Clinic, LLC in Missouri City, TX, Dr. Millik continues to follow the guiding principle that shaped her medical career:
“Primum nil nocere” — First, do no harm.
Asli Reichert, CPE.

Asli’s path to electrolysis has been defined by a deep-rooted commitment to service, precision, and care.
She became an Emergency Medical Technician at the age of 19 and quickly advanced her training by earning her Advanced EMT certification. At just 21 years old, Asli transitioned into law enforcement, where she served in various roles—including patrol and specialized units such as human trafficking investigations. She also trained in hostage negotiations and became a certified Mental Health Peace Officer, driven by a passion for helping people and making a lasting impact in her community.
In 2020, Asli began training in electrolysis under the mentorship of her mother, Dr. Millik, at Sugarland Electrolysis Clinic. She went on to graduate from the Berkowits School of Electrolysis in New York and joined the clinic full-time in 2022—while continuing to serve her community as a police officer until 2024.
In 2025, Asli earned Certified Professional Electrologist (CPE) credential after passing the rigorous IBEC examination through the American Electrology Association (AEA), marking her full-time transition into the field of permanent hair removal her sole focus. With a strong foundation in emergency response, public service, and hands-on clinical care, she brings a steady hand and a sharp eye to every treatment. Asli is also a member of both the AEA and the Texas Association of Professional Electrologists (TAPE).
Asli is committed to helping clients feel confident and cared for, while continuously advancing her skills in the ever-evolving field of electrolysis.
